Injection blow molding machine is the most situable machine for small size bottle from 3ml to 600ml.

It is three station, with multi-cavities, and short cyclt time.

Right now we have IBM25, IBM35C,IBM45,IBM45C,and IBM60 models. According to different capacity and bottle choose right model. 

Characters and Features:

(1) Using hot runner system and high-pressure injection, assure the accuracy of mouth, neck and thread. No half line and wasted material occur at the mouth or bottom of the bottle products, which saves raw material, meanwhile with the features of uniform structure and smooth surface.

(2) Injection unit apply horizontal injection with single screw, Clamping unit apply horizontal rotary device with three stations. Machine can install multi-cavity mould and continually run. It is very high efficiency.

(3) High-pressure hydraulic clamping device use accumulator to hold pressure, to improve productivity and save energy.

(4)Automatic products ejection, automatic flame treatment and automatic counting devices make sure products not to be polluted, to reach up the health requirement of food and pharmaceutical industry.

(5)Mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic control, electrical adjustable links with many parts, then can make sure reach the processing requirements of many products
